Dear ABRFers

My thanks to the few who responded to my call for MS standards suitable for
maldi. Unfortunately there were insufficient examples to consider starting
a database so I guess that's it for now. However, many thanks to Tom
Robinson who alerted me to the following

"I'm not sure if this will help you, but ThermoBioanalysis has a MALDI
application note listing about 40 proteins available from Sigma for use as
MALDI mass standards. The mass range of these protein is from 500 -
132859 kDa.
Just go to their website at http://www.maldi.com/ and download application
note number 9. "

Seems the work HAS been done after all....

Len
