Dear all,

There does not seem to be a lot of peptide synthesis discussions on the
ABRF, however I think there must be quite a few of you that are peptide
crunchers.

What has been your experience with the MPS on the Pioneer?
Are you happy with it?
We find that it really struggles to make difficult peptides. It does the
test peptide very well even at different positions, but when it comes to
difficult peptides is a head ache.
We use HATU and methanol followed by wash of DCM off line.
Any comments will be appreciated.

Best regards

Tony
