Dear Aki, I suggest when you move the column into the cold room you
immediately start to equlibrate with vacuum de-gassed buffer pre-cooled
slightly to between room temp and the cold room. If the buffer resourvoir
does not cool too quickly you may be OK. If small bubbles do form further
equilbrating with de-gassed cold buffer may shrink them but they probably
won't degrade the separation that much anyway.

Subject: FPLC Column and temperature

Dear All,

I packed a FPLC column at the room temperature, and was told that I
can't use the column in a cold room since bubles would form. If this is
ture, is there anyway that I can get away with this problem ? Thanks in
advance.
