Dear colleagues.
We have problems with TOAC labelled peptides. Is there any information
on the TFA cleavage of peptides containing TOAC in solid phase peptide
synthesis? How does the cleavage mixture with TFA and thiol scavengers
influence the TOAC properties and amino acid side chains (Hyp, Thr,Gln)?
Thank you in advance for your consideration and halp.
Could you please provide us with some informationon the acid sensivity
of the Aib-Pro and Aib-Hyp peptide bounds? I'd be most grateful for some
references on the point.
