I have picked up many useful tips as a member on this board. Here is a
question from a colleague of mine that I hope someone may be able to help
with. Is it possible to get an indication of the conformation of a protein
while directly on an SDS gel? For example, is FTIR of the cut out gel
piece possible? She wants to know if the protein retains b-sheet
conformation on the gel. Thanks in advance for any comments.
