I am wanting to do some CNBr digestions on a S35 Met labelled
immunoprecipitated protein, eluted from a gel slice. The peptide of
interest is approximately 1.8kDa. Does anyone have any ideas as to what
percentage SDS-PAGE gel I should run these labelled peptides on, and if
special running buffers (and or gel component buffers) are required?
