Dear Clay:

for starters you can look on the web at the Sigma-Aldrich MSDS website:
https://www.sigma-aldrich.com/
it will give you initial information. I tried it for the compound you are
asking about and I had to search the MSDS by "full test" and not product
name, and it came up with 9-Fluorenylmethyl chloroformate and some
information about it.
here's some useful info from there:

Product Name: 9-Fluorenylmethyl chloroformate
Molecular Formula: C15 H11 Cl O2
Molecular Weight: 258.7
CAS: 28920-43-6
Comments: Reagent for preparing n-FMOC amino acids for solid phase peptide
synthesis.
Storage Temp: Air Freight Store at 2 to 8 Degrees C
