While not all nucleotide-binding proteins have a "Walker A" or
"P-loop" motif, some do. I don't have the page number, but Saraste, M. et.
al, Trends Biochem. Sci, 1990 is the reference.

Can anyone point me to a reference, or Web site, giving consensus
sequences for nucleotide binding sites (especially ATP) in proteins?
