I realize how one should subscribe / unsubscribe from the list, but
obviously, by the volume of requests sent to the list, it isn't all together
clear. People don't take the time to read carefully and are "click-happy"
and select the entire list, rather than the subscription list.

Perhaps redesigning the page: http://abrf.org/ABRF/ListServe.html to a
graphical subscribe / unsubscribe button system could help reduce the volume
(~3-5 requests / day) of these.

It gets irritating knowing when everyone in biotech sciences wants to be
included in the discussion group, or is going on vacation.

Separating the group from the request for mail page would help.

Thanks for the help. I remain a subscriber for the usually insightful
discussions and have learned a good deal from these.
