Hi everyone,

One question.
I need antibodies against Arabidopsis G protein alpha subunit for in vitro
experiments. However, as far as I know, they are not commercially
available yet.
Arabidopsis G alpha subunit has 3 regions virtually identical to a number
of mammalian Galpha(i) subunits. But according to the crystall structure
these regions are not on the surface of the molecule. So I wanted to find
out whether there are commercially available antibodies against these
peptides for mammalian Galpha subunits to make sure that these
peptides are antigenic.The peptides are:

1) KLLLLGAGESGKSTIV

2) FDVGGQRSERKKWIH

3) FEGVTAIIFC

Thanks.
