Does anyone have any reccomendations for a "good" matrix and MALDI-TOF instrument conditions...accel voltage, positive or negative mode, etc. for RNA oligos? I have a 13-mer RNA oligo that is not behaving as it should and I would like to get a mol. wt. as a QC parameter. In advance, thanks.
