Amika has small volume 96-well spin plates with either sizing resin or
specific chemistries for SPE on small volumes (5-25uL).
However, there is also the possibility of doing this in small volume
dialysers instead. The volumes can be as small as 5 uL with 100% recover=
y
to improve the sharpness of your bands. Kevin Rice in Mike Cox's lab at
the University of Wisconsin has been successful doing this, if you want t=
o
contact him.
Amika or you can fashion 48 of these on a blank ellisa plate to give you
parallel processing for the dialysis step, but I suspect you will have to
spin the 5uL out individually into an Eppindorf tube prior to loading, so=
I
don't know if this is a good solution to your problem or not unless we
discuss it more.
I would be happy to work with you on this problem.
Sincerely,
Amos
