We use Flowgen (FMC) LongRanger 5.0% Pre-mix gels for all our runs. It is
bought in 10 x 1L bottles which are frozen, and thawed two days before
opening. We have had no problems at all with this gel (except if not thawed
properly). But beware that you have to buy 10 litres of it! (quite a lot
of freezer space!).

This is the UK info. Sorry I don't know the US site

Kind Regards

Andrew

Subject: dna seq: gel mix

Hello,
I am looking for a premixed gel (all we have to do is add temed and
APS) to use on an ABI-377 that works with both the 4x and 2x run modules.
I have tried a few but they break down on the 4x module. Any help will be
appreciated.
