I used the same protocol as for trypsin (the ABRF one), but make sure you
digest a blank spot because I got a lot of asp-N peptides. You might want
to try a test set of digests, varying asp-N, to determine the minimum
amount of asp-N you need, using myoglobin at about the same protein
concentration as your sample.
