Prot seq: OPA blocking

Are there any labs out there which perform OPA blocks with any frequency?
I'm not looking for methodology so much as whether in the real world it is
practiced much anymore. (My experience is that whenever I could use the
help, there's not a proline to be found after cycle 3 - another of Murphy's
Laws).

I guess there might be two categories too: a) those when it is used in a
second attempt to extend the length of a run on a previous unknown, and b)
those where it is used in some sort of verification protocol when running
the same protein or same kind of protein routinely, so an indication to
that aspect would be appreciated also.

Any recent references also appreciated too. All this in re. a review.

Thanks,
JH
