Hello All
I finally have a new 377 to replace my 373.I have a few questions about
setting up.
1. Do most labs use a UPS(uninterruptible power source)? What is your
source for it? How much did it cost?
2. What is the best tip or syringe for loading the gels?
3. In a core facility, how do customers supply samples, and how do you
organize a coherent page to set up sequencing reactions? I am currently
rewriting the information in column form, and this is very time
consuming.
Can the sample sheet be imported into Excel for billing purposes?
Any suggestions will be welcomed.
