Dear Colleagues,
I am currently evaluating LC systems for the front end of a
Micromass QTOF. What type of capillary LC systems are you
using? (LC Packings Ultimate? Waters CapLC? HP1100? Michrom
Magic 2002? Leap Technologies Rheos 2000? Eldex? other?)
Which autosampler do you prefer? (Famos? Alcott? other?)
This LC/MS system will be used for sequencing peptides from
protein digests with subsequent identification. I want to
maintain high sensitivity and throughput.
