How much money do you want to spend? How small of capillaries will you be
using? How automated do you want to be? What range of experience will
your users have?

Our lab is a research lab, where most users are grad students and
post-docs, most of whom want to ask a specific question by LC/MS so need
cookbook protocols to run their samples and many have no HPLC experience.

On the low price end, we just tested the eldex--gives gradients at 1
microliter/min without stream splitting and is very easy to use.

The michrom system seems to be the easiest integrated system to use.
