DNASeq- cDNA clones

We're running into problem sequencing through the poly T (poly A) area of
cDNA clones. Too often, we'll see 'stutter'- it looks as though the
polymerase is slipping on the longer stretches of poly T and all of the
sequence past that point is ruined.

Has anyone conquered this problem? If so, I'd certainly appreciate some
pointers.
