Subject: Gel drying
Hello all !
I have frustrating troubles with drying of tris-tricine SDS-PAGE gels used
to peptide separation: due of high percentage of acrylamide the gels very
often crack during drying. Of course I tried soaking with different
glycerol concentrations, the gels were dried in different gel dryers under
different temperatures and on different beds but my invention appears to be
out...
Is there any magical trick I do not know ?
Thank you in advance for help !
