MS: determination of citrulline containing peptides

Dear Abrf's,
We have a proteins in which part of the arginines are enzymatically
converted (randomly) in citrulline.

1. What could be a procedure to determine specific the citrulline
containing peptides using a mass spectrometry approach ( ESI-MS : Q-TOF,
MALDI-MS : Voyager-De STR).
2. Is there any literature available on this topic?
