Dear all -
We have a problem with a dipeptide (gamma-glutamyl-homocysteine). There is a loss of a mass of 18. The peptide was synthesized with Fmoc chemistry and cleaved with reagent K. Has anyone experienced cyclization of homocysteine under acidic conditions?
