DNA SEQ: possible spin plate problems

Dear Colleagues,

Has anyone had problems with a certain manufacturer's 96 well spin column
DNA sequencing reaction clean up plate recently.

We see sporadic failures where an entire plate load of sample fails and we
believe we have isolated the problem to the spin plate.

' curious if anyone else has been experiencing this also.
