Henry,
Below you will find 3 CNBr-related records which I have extracted from
Protean program (a part of DNASTAR package). Literature references are
not given.

1). CNBr with acids; RS:M^X,W^X; COM:Met is modified to Homoserine
Lactone and Trp is also modified and blocked on its C-Terminal.
2). CNBr, Cys methylated; RS:M^X,X^C; COM:Cys is modified to Serine. Met
is modified to Homoserine Lactone.
3). CNBr; RS:M^X; COM:Met is modified to Homoserine Lactone.Problem: Cys
could be oxydized (but it is reversible).
