Our laboratory wants to compile a handout to assist users with base-editing
of data from the BigDye terminator chemistry, however, the peak height
ratios of the different dyes really aren't as clear-cut as the old FS
reaction chemistry. I was able to find a technical report published in the
September 98' issue of Biotechniques concerning this matter, but I was
wondering if any of you have designed something more user-friendly for use
in a core facility. I would appreciate any help.
