On the Procise 494, I have an extremely low yield of peptides for 10 pmoles
B-
lactoglobulin for 10 cycles. Even the Dptu signal is weak (less than 2% the
normal value). I cannot even identify B-lactoglobulin in the background.
I've
replaced all the sequencer solvents and am getting no sensor errors. The
control standard amino acids are fine. Can anyone offer an explanation for
this?
