PEPSYN/SEQencing of synthetic peptide-Asp (Dmab)/ Lys(Dde)

Dear all:

We attempt to sequence a synthetic peptide (14 aa) containing Asp(Dmab) in
position 6 and Lys(Dde) in position 12 on a Procise 494 HT.
Does anybody know the elution pattern of these amino acid derivatives? Will
the protecting groups be cleaved during Edman cycles?
