Hi Bryan,

Don't, under any circumstances, put any Schelicher and Schull PVDF into
your sequencer. Several years ago I did, much to my dismay. It partially
melted. In high dungeon, I called the poor investigator, and accused him
of transfering to nitrocellulose by mistake. Well.....he brought me the
box, and sure enough it was PVDF. It didn't take out the valve blocks,
just wouldn't come out of the glass cartridge till I took a scalpel (!!!)
and dug it out.

PE/Bio, Millipore, Bio-Rad (when you get the appropriate sequencing grade
of each) all seem about the same to me, as far as sequencing off of them.
