I have a client who is interested in eluting their 28 KDA protein off PVDF
membrane for use in antibody production. The archives have discussions on
PEPTIDE removal but not protein. Are there any special tricks for
proteins? What range of recovery would one expect? Any suggestions and/or
references- the easier the better- would be greatly appreciated.
