Hey All,

We use the Waters AccQ-Tag Chemistry package for AAA and vapor phase HCl
hydrolysis conditions prior to derivatization. Our samples come in a
variety of buffers, including PBS, < 1M Nacl,
< 1M NaPhos, etc. Pretty standard stuff. Recently, however, we've been
getting samples in various concentrations of PBS/Polysorbate 80. My initial
comparison injections seem to show that PS80 has minor or no effect on the
overall AAA at low concentrations in the buffer solution.

Does anyone have any information on the effect PS80 may have on vapor phase
HCl and/or the Waters AccQ-Tag derivatization procedure? Thanks in advance!
