POSITION IN MAGNETIC RESONANCE MICROSCOPY

A position is available with the American Registry of Pathology in the
Department of Cellular Pathology, Armed Forces Institute of Pathology,
Rockville, Maryland for a doctoral level scientist with expertise in
magnetic resonance microscopy (MRM). The scientist will supervise a
newly created MRM facility consisting of a Bruker Avance 9T
vertical-bore spectrometer equipped for microimaging, solution, and
solids (HR-MAS) spectroscopy and a Bruker Biospec 7T 20cm
horizontal-bore imager equipped for both specimen and live animal
imaging. Significant off-line computational facilities are also
available. The primary emphasis of the MRM Facility will be the
development and application of microimaging techniques for pathology
research and diagnosis. Applicants should submit curriculum vitae,
