I am not quite sure about your application (I do promarily bioanalytical work).
If it is transferring into 96 or 384 well plates and processing through hotel,
sealer, washer, dispensors and the like, I would recommend the CCS Packard
PlateTrak system. CCS (Carl Creative Systems) are a very intelligent company (so
is Packard for aligning themselves with them!). You can find this system through
www.packardinst.com and follow through the web links.

We tried using the 877, but it broke down all the time. Each time it was
something different, and there is no way to recover the reactions. After having
every possible part replaced, we sent it back and hired a tech. Have never
regretted it.
