We are seeking applications for the following position in the Protein
Biochemistry Department at ZymoGenetics in Seattle.

Research Associate II

The successful candidate will synthesize peptide reagents to support
multiple research projects. Responsibilities include: synthesis of peptides
using PE BioSystem ABI 431A and Pioneer peptide synthesizers,
semi-preparative and analytical chromatography using Waters and HP
chromatography platforms, and peptide characterization using electrospray
mass spectrometry. Qualified candidates will have a BS in biochemistry or
related experience. Experience with protein purification and refolding is
