In response to Len Packman's inquiry about an IMAC procedure:

We have had some success using a bimodal nanocapillary approach as
suggested by Paul Jedrzejewski in an ABRF or ASMS(?) poster about a year
ago. We pack Poros MC material on top of Poros R2 or C-18 in a 75um ID
capillary and attach a drawn silica tip. The MC is saturated with Fe+3. All
washings are basically what Perseptive Biosystems (the source) recommends
in the literature that accompanies that material. Elution from MC to
R2/C-18 is with 50-100mM KH2PO4.
