PS: allyl group removal

Hello-

Thought I'd try removal of allyl protecting group with palladium catalyst Pd(PPh3)4 but don't know where to get it (or even what to call it!). Any idea where to get this catalyst?

Is this a recommended proceedure ? Do you have a different preference I should know about? I'm looking at Baranay's 1994 proceedure.
