Dear all.
The aminoterminal sequence of a recombinant protein, not
completely pure yet, has been checked several times in our lab in order to
know the relation between Met-chains and No-met-ones. The last sample we
ran, did not show the PTH-Met, but there is a peak around DMPTU. Suggestions
about peak identity? Anybody knows of any Met derivative in this place?
