Hello all;
I have a modified amino acid eluting on my PTC profile between citrulline
and arginine. I'm using an ABI420. The retention time of citrulline is 8.12
min, the mystery amino acid is at 8.33 and arg is 8.58 min. The sample is a
cyclic peptide which we have been unable to cleave for sequencing. Has
anyone seen a mod-AA elute in this area before?
