I have a customer who has performed a nitration on the tyrosines in
her protein and she would like to sequence it, specifically to detect the
nitro-tyr. I am aware that there can be 3-nitrotyr and 3,5-nitrotyr
following nitration. I looked through our ABRF Modified PTH-AA compilation
with no luck. Does anyone have any experience with nitro-tyr on an Edman
sequencer? Where does it (or they) come out?
