Do you keep the times between injections (or runs of a gradients) equal ?
>From my experience it is very important factor for reproductibility of the
retention times, when I do amino acid analysis the column works non stop,
gradient after gradient with no pauses between them (even if the sample is
not injected).
The second possibility I wonder is the unstable temperature housing of the
column..., evaporating of acetonitrile from solvents...???
