We were using the Princeton Separations columns but have recently switched over to BioMax spin-50 columns. They are prehydrated and only $1 apiece if you buy in bulk. They seem to work just as well for half the money. Of course, there are quite a few companies out there that are selling the 96 well colmuns if you are interested in higher volume cleanup.
