Frequently we find a fluorenscent "T" blob in our samples in the 100 to 150 bp
range. It's apparently in the sample because it is generally associated with
only certain user's samples. It's too big to be simple unincorporated
ddNTP-flour.
Does anybody have an idea of what it is? What causes it? How do you get rid of
it, or avoid it. Thanks and a tip-of-the-hat.
