Hello Mark:

The "T" blobs you see around 100-150 are due to ethanol precipitation. I
assume you are using ethanol precipitation to clean your sequencing
reactions. These blobs appear because of inadequate removal of 95-100%
ethanol. If you are removing 95% ethanol by decanting, try to remove it by
pippette or aspirate it out.

We had the same problem, now we remove 95% ethanol by carefully pipetting
it out, before washing the pellet with 70% ethanol.
