I'm interested in quantifying cysteic acid residues by amino acid analysis
using AQC (Waters AccQ-Tag system). Does anyone have ideas for (1)
hydrolysis methods such as performic acid, DMSO/HCl, or propionic acid/HCl
and (2) gradient and mobile phase modifications relevent to Waters'
Accq-Tag?
I sincerely appreciate any advice.
