Hi Emily

- In addition to Ted's good information on the DSRG 1996
http://mbcf.dfci.harvard.edu/DNASEQ/survey.html and 1998 surveys
http://www.abrf.org/ABRF/ResearchCommittees/dsrcreports/abrfdna98_2/survey/Fig9.
htm , you could try getting more current information by going to the ABRF
yellow pages and looking for labs offering DNA sequencing as a service -
then check out their webpages. http://abrf.org/cgi-bin/ysearch.cgi. I
just tried this and found 70 listings. They may not all be current- but
it's worth a try. You could also check out the webpages of people that are
listed for the DSRG(DNA Sequence Research Group) or the Nucleic Acids or
Fragment Analysis Research groups at http://abrf.org .

Sorry there is no quick and easy answer - but as Ted says, the latest info
should be available at ABRF 2000.
