Hi all,

I work with a single quad system (Sciex API100). I usually calibrate =
using
PPGs then use apomyoglobin (mw=3D16951.5 Da) to check mass accuracy. =
Recently
I've had problems with the accuracy side. The PPG calibration still =
works
fine and is within spec. i.e. linear over the mass range, but the apo. =
mass
is out using the hypermass algorithm. I usually get 16953 (0.009%) for =
apo.=20
which is OK but I now consistently get 16954(0.015%). After running the =
apo.
I recheck the PPGs and again they are in spec.=20

any help would be appreciated

Thanks in advance
