ProtSeq: Takara N-terminal deblocking kit

Hello. Does anyone have a good track record with the
Takara N-terminal deblocking kit? All comments / replies
will be tabulated and reposted to this list (anonymously
if preferred). I've tried previous incarnations, with

PS: are the recently announced ABRF test samples Y2K
compliant? ;-)
