We plan to use DNA chips for the study of SNP/diseases. Does anyone have any
suggestions on the following issues:
what are the minimum instrument facilities required, and the approximate
budget;
Which company do you purchase the instruments/reagents/chips?
If we plan to do some high throughput screening/testing/sequencing, which
technique is more appropriate, the multi-capillary electrophoresis or
microfabricated electrophoresis chips?
