Hi everyone,
We have been seeing green smears up whole lanes on gels we have been
running. It is project specific, and has just recently shown up. The
chromatograms have sequence, but also overlaying the regular sequence are
peaks of one color-all the way through. We are using anchor primers,
sequencing 3' ends. Some runs have more green lanes than others, and it is
completely random as to what machine, plates etc. Has anyone else ever seen
anything like this, and if so-do you know what it is from ??
