Hi Alfonso

We have the BioRad GelDoc hardware and Quantity One software.
Initially - more than a year ago - we had problems with opening the images
exported to a .tif file but the problem was corrected with a newer version
of the software within a month or so and now we are fairly satisfied with
the software. I believe the most current version is 4.0.3. You should be
able to download the most current version by following the links or using
the search capabilities at http://www.bio-rad.com. Another possibility is
to call Tech Support - they are usually very helpful. If these ideas don't
work, email me and I will try to help you troubleshoot the problem.
