Since we have been using the 96 lane paper combs, the tracking is gone
really bad.
We follow the procedure from ABI, pre-run, pause, load odds, start run, 2
min, pause, load evens, run for 2 min, pause, take comb out, run.
Since using the paper combs we have notice that before the dyes appear we
have a flurry of horizontal fluorescent lines, would that be the cause for
the tracking to fail?
ABI does not know, they tell me to upload the gel at their website, but the
access is denied even with a username and password that they provide.
I wonder if any of you has seen this and how have you solve it.
